V M Industries is based out of Jeedimetla, specifically in the Phase 4 Extension at plot D 19 Part. Hyderabad is growing fast, but this part of town has always been about manufacturing and hard work. We’ve been here in this industrial pocket for quite some time. The unit stays busy with whatever project we have on hand. It’s a dusty place sometimes, given the location, but that’s just part of being in an extension area. We have a small team of guys who come in every morning to get the machines warmed up. We don't have a big corporate office or anyone in a suit. Most of us are wearing work clothes and getting things sorted on the floor. Being in Jeedimetla means we are surrounded by other workshops, so there’s always noise and trucks moving around. We just focus on our own corner and get our tasks done. It’s not always easy, especially when the summer heat hits Hyderabad, but we manage. We aren’t trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to make sure the stuff we produce is solid and that our customers are satisfied when they pick up their orders. It’s a straightforward business run by regular people who live nearby. We like the routine and the fact that we know our neighbors in the industrial estate. There is something good about putting in a full day and seeing the physical results of your labor.
