Uzma Clinic

We have been here in North Lalaguda for a good while now. The clinic is located right near the Santi Nagar water tank, which is a big help because people can just use that as a landmark when they are looking for us. Most mornings it gets pretty busy with folks from the neighborhood stopping by for various health things. We handle the usual stuff that comes up in a day-to-day practice. The setup is quite basic and simple, nothing flashy at all. There are a few rooms for seeing patients and a waiting area where people often sit and chat while they wait for their names to be called. Most people around North Lalaguda know us by now since we have stayed in this same spot for so long. We try our best to keep things moving along so that nobody has to sit in the waiting room for hours on end. It can get a bit cramped when the flu is going around or during those weeks when the weather suddenly shifts. We just take it one patient at a time. It is mostly local families who come through our doors. We recognize a lot of the faces. It feels more like a small community hub than a big, cold hospital. We open up the doors early and usually stay until we have seen everyone who needs help. It is a quiet area and we like being near the water tank.
