Utilitronix Private Limited

Utilitronix Private Limited is over in the Electronic Complex at B-4, Kashaiguda. It’s an older industrial area, and you can tell by the look of the buildings. We’ve been in this unit for quite some time. Inside, it’s mostly benches for testing and shelves full of components. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you’re basically in the middle of the workspace. There’s usually someone soldering something or looking at a circuit board under a lamp. It’s quiet work, for the most part, except for the hum of the machines. The Hyderabad heat can get into the shop during the summer, so we have a few fans going all the time. We aren’t a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group of people who know how to work with electronics. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting or assembling parts. We keep the coffee pot going and try to stay organized, though parts sometimes end up in the wrong bins. The area around Kashaiguda has a lot of similar shops, so we see the same faces around. We don’t go in for big marketing or anything. Our work is mostly through word of mouth. People know we are here if they need something fixed or built. It’s just a plain, hard-working electronics shop.
