Urban Geometry

Urban Geometry is located in Flat 302 of the Al-Kareem Mansion. We are in Gulshan Colony, which is part of the Toli Chowki area in Hyderabad - 500008. If you know where the 7 Tombs are, we’re quite close to that. It’s a historical part of town, and we like being around here. We do design work and planning. The office is usually filled with rolls of paper and pencils. We aren't a corporate firm with a glass front. We’re just a small group of people who enjoy working on layouts. We spend hours trying to make things fit into small spaces. It’s like a puzzle. Sometimes we get frustrated when a design doesn't work, so we go for a walk near the tombs to clear our heads. We don't have a formal dress code. We just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of drawing. People from Gulshan Colony know where Al-Kareem Mansion is, so they find us easily. We don't do any flashy advertising. Most people hear about us from a friend or a neighbor. We just focus on the lines and the math. It’s quiet work, mostly. We like the tea shop downstairs; they know our order by now. We’re just here doing our bit, trying to get the drawings right for whoever needs them. No big fuss about it. We just keep drawing until the sun sets.
