Neon Motors Pvt. Ltd. is located over at Plot No. 119 in Hema Nagar. Specifically, we are on Road No-4. If you come by, you’ll probably hear us before you see us. There is usually the sound of tools hitting metal or engines being tested. The floor in the shop area always has a bit of oil on it, no matter how much we scrub. It’s the kind of place where your hands stay dirty most of the day. We have a small office section too, but most of the real work happens in the open area. The sun beats down on the roof in the afternoon, making it pretty warm inside. We use a few big standing fans to keep the air moving. Hema Nagar is a quiet enough place, but our plot stays active from early morning until the sun goes down. We keep our spare parts organized on heavy metal shelves that we built ourselves. It’s not a fancy showroom. We have a few plastic chairs for customers to sit on while they wait. We usually have a radio playing somewhere in the background, mostly just for some noise. People from around the neighborhood stop by to chat sometimes. We know the local tea seller quite well since we order from him three times a day. It’s just a straightforward business where we focus on the machines in front of us. We aren't worried about looking fancy, just about doing the work.
