Aditya Industries is located at 2-24-105/26, specifically Plot No. 235, Survey No. 550 in Ida Uppal, Hyderabad. If you've been to Ida Uppal, you know how packed and busy it is. There are businesses squeezed in everywhere, and the roads are always full of rickshaws and delivery vans. Our spot is right in the middle of that energy. We have a decent-sized plot, but we use every inch of it for production and storage. It’s a loud place, with the sound of machinery and traffic constantly in the background. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s mostly just the workshop floor and a small corner for the paperwork. The staff here are used to the fast pace of Hyderabad. We start our shift and focus on getting the orders out the door. Sometimes the power goes out or the water is slow, but we just deal with it and keep moving. It's not a glamorous job, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We don’t go in for fancy mission statements or things like that. We just show up at the plot, do the work that’s expected of us, and head home to our families in the evening. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, getting more crowded, but we’ve stayed put at this address through all of it. We just try to stay focused on the work.
