You can find Universal Construction Machinery & Equipment Ltd. over in Banjara Hills on Road No. 1. Our office is located at Pl.No. 6-3-248/3/Abc, specifically in Flat No. 4A within Maruthi Heights. Being right near Care Hospital means there is always a lot of activity around the building, mostly people coming and going from the hospital or the nearby shops. Our office is where the coordination for our construction equipment happens. It’s a lot of paperwork, scheduling, and phone calls to make sure everything is where it needs to be on different building sites. We don't have a massive showroom or anything like that here; it’s just a workspace for our staff to stay on top of the logistics. Maruthi Heights is a decent building, and being on the fourth floor keeps us a little bit away from the street noise below. We have a small team here, and most of us have been in the construction industry for a long time. We don't use a lot of fancy corporate talk; we just focus on getting the machinery out to the people who need it. The elevators can be a bit slow in the afternoon, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We’ve settled into this space quite well over the years. It’s a convenient location for meetings, even if the traffic on Road No. 1 can be a bit of a headache during the rush hour. It's a busy atmosphere but it works.
