We operate out of an apartment in Kukatpally Village, specifically at the Santhosh Residential Apartments in Bhagyanagar Colony. It is Flat 303, which belongs to Ramesh Chanda. It might seem a bit unusual to some people having an office inside a residential building, but it actually works out quite well for us. We keep all our files, project maps, and records here in the flat. Most of the time, we are out on various infrastructure sites across Hyderabad, but this is our main home base for the administrative side of things. It is a relatively quiet colony, which is nice when we have to sit down and figure out the logistics for the next big job. We have been in this spot for a while now. It is not a big fancy commercial space, just a regular residential flat where we do our planning and coordination. Sometimes the neighbors see us coming and going with our site vests and big rolls of blueprints. It is a practical setup for a team like ours. We do not have a big reception area or any of those corporate bells and whistles. If you need to find us, you just come up to the third floor. We deal with the usual stuff like road work and various building projects around the city. The team usually meets up here in the mornings to have a quick chat before heading out to the field. It is convenient being in Kukatpally because we can get to different parts of the city fairly quickly from here.
