We go by Unity Infra Projects Ltd. Mumbai, but this specific office is actually down in Hyderabad. You can find us at 1-1-1/18/1 on Golconda X Road. We are right next to the Musheerabad Telephone Exchange, which is the easiest way to tell people where we are located. It’s a busy intersection and there’s always a lot of noise from the traffic outside. Inside, it is a bit calmer. We handle a lot of the coordination between the different regions from this desk. The building is older, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it gets the job done for us. We have been in Andhra Pradesh for a long time. People often get confused because of the Mumbai name, but we’ve been part of the Hyderabad landscape for years. There isn't much in the way of decoration in the office. Just some calendars on the wall and a lot of binders full of project details. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. The proximity to the telephone exchange makes it easy for people to find us if they are visiting for the first time. We don't have a big receptionist or a waiting lounge. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We prefer it that way because it keeps things honest and simple.
