Our shop is located at number 153 in Shankarpalli, right next to the Maruti showroom. It’s a pretty busy stretch of road out here in the Rangareddy district. Being right beside the car showroom makes it very easy to give people directions when they are looking for us. We’ve been here for a while now, dealing with different real estate and general contracting work. The office is a very straightforward shop setup. We have some plastic chairs for visitors and a few simple desks where we handle all the paperwork and daily phone calls. It’s not a huge space, but it’s plenty for what we do on a daily basis. Shankarpalli is growing quite a bit these days, so there’s always something new happening nearby or a new building going up. We usually have people dropping in to ask about land prices or construction updates on their projects. It can get a little noisy with the traffic and horns outside, but we don't mind it much anymore. We prefer the practical side of things rather than having a polished, corporate image that doesn't fit who we are. Our desks are usually covered in local maps and various site plans. We take our tea breaks outside on the sidewalk when the weather is nice. It’s a local operation through and through, and we know most of the other people who have shops around this area. We’re just a small group trying to keep things moving and making sure the jobs get handled properly.
