Unicorn Industries Pvt. Ltd. is based at 13/1 in Rasoolpura. We’ve been using P.O. Box No. 1687 for our mail for a long time. Rasoolpura is an older part of the area, and our building has that same lived-in feel to it. It’s a solid structure, but it definitely shows its age in some spots. We don’t mind that, though. It gives the place some character. Inside, we have a mix of office space and some areas for handling our inventory. It’s not a high-tech facility with shiny surfaces. The desks are wooden and a bit scratched up, and the files are mostly kept in metal cabinets that have been around since we started. We focus more on the work itself than on how the office looks to visitors. Most days it’s just the sound of people talking and the occasional phone ringing. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic, so it stays relatively quiet. There’s a small yard out back where we keep some of the larger items. The street outside can get pretty narrow and crowded with bikes, but that’s just life in Rasoolpura. We like being part of this neighborhood. It’s a practical setup for what we do, and it keeps our overhead low. We aren't looking to move to a fancy new building anytime soon. This place serves us well and has everything we need to get our daily tasks finished.
