Our place is at 21-32 in the Kphb Colony of Kukatpally. It is a busy residential neighborhood, but we have our small business set up here. We have been around for a good number of years. It is not a big operation. There are just a few of us who handle everything. We deal in various goods and try to keep things moving. The shop is simple and we don't have any flashy signs. We know most of our neighbors and many of them are our regular customers. Kukatpally has grown a lot since we first started, with new shops and apartments everywhere. We have stayed right here though. We don't use any corporate language or have a fancy mission. We just open the doors in the morning and see what the day brings. Sometimes it is very busy and we are running around. Other times it is quiet and we just chat. We handle things ourselves, from the cleaning to the accounts. It is a very hands-on way to run a business. We try to be fair and honest with people. That is why they keep coming back, I suppose. It is a good life here in the colony. We don't need much more than this to be happy with our work. It is where we belong.
