Ultima Event

We've been running Ultima Event for a while now from our spot at Door No 20-5-618/2. It's right there in Shah Ali Banda, near Arboun Ki Masjid. If you know Hyderabad, you know this part of Qazi Pura gets quite busy. We spend most of our days figuring out how to get things from one place to another through those narrow streets. It’s a small team here. Most of the time we're just on the phone or out at venues setting things up. We started here because it's where we live and we know the people around. It isn't always easy keeping everything organized when things get hectic during the wedding season, but we manage. We handle the usual stuff people need for gatherings. Sometimes we're working late nights near the masjid area just to make sure things are ready for the next morning. It's just what we do. The office is pretty basic, nothing fancy, mostly just a place to store some gear and meet folks when they drop by. People usually find us by looking for the masjid nearby. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth around Shah Ali Banda has kept us going. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit, but we’re still here in the same spot. It's a lot of manual work, lifting stuff, making sure the lights work, and checking lists. We try to keep it simple and just get the job done for whoever calls us. It is hard work but we are used to it by now.
