Uday Manufacturer

Uday Manufacturer is situated at 804/4 in Kukatpally. We are very close to the Reliance Fresh, so that makes it easy for people to find our place when they are out doing their shopping. We do our manufacturing right here on the premises. It’s a bit noisy because of the tools and the machines we use, but that’s the sound of work getting done. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting room. Usually, if you come by, you’ll find us in the back with grease on our hands or measuring out materials. We started this business because we wanted to make things ourselves instead of just selling what other people made. The space is filled with raw materials and half-finished projects. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we have our own system. Kukatpally has changed a lot since we first moved in, with more big stores opening up around us. We’ve stayed pretty much the same, though. We use the same old workbenches we’ve had from the start. We aren't much for talking or fancy sales pitches. We just show people what we’ve built and let that be it. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour, and we just take a break and sit outside until it comes back on. It is a very practical way to live and work, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
