Tws Services is located over in Saleem Nagar, right inside the Amberpet Malakpet Colony. We are tucked away in the Kaleemuddin Jaweed Mansion, which is a bit of a mouthful to say if you are giving directions over the phone. Our address has a lot of numbers in it, like 16-11-17-8-1-1-A, so we often have to repeat it twice to the delivery drivers so they don't get lost. The building is more like a residence that we use for our work, which gives it a more relaxed feeling than those big glass towers in the city. There are families living nearby, so you hear the usual sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We have been here in Telangana-500036 for some time now, just doing our daily tasks and trying to stay on top of things. The office space inside the mansion is enough for what we need to get done. We don't have any big signs out front or anything like that. It is just a quiet place where we sit at our computers and handle the service side of things. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, or it gets noisy when there is a wedding nearby, but we just manage through it. Most people who come to see us are local, so they know the area well enough. We keep our files organized and try to make sure everything is sorted out by the end of the day.
