We’ve been here for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s mostly just a front counter and a lot of storage space in the back. We sell various parts and equipment, and the shelves are usually overflowing. It’s a bit of a maze inside. People come in looking for specific items, and we usually know exactly which pile to look in. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We just talk to our customers, figure out what they need, and see if we have it in stock. Sometimes we have to order things in, which takes a few days. The tea stalls nearby are where we spend our breaks. It’s a noisy, lively place to work. We like being part of the Troopbazar community.
