You can find us at Plot No. 19 on Road No. 2 in Vaidhehi Nagar, Vanasthalipuram. It’s a residential-industrial mix area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main city hubs. Our enterprise is a small operation. We handle various supplies and equipment from this location. The office is simple, just a couple of desks and some shelving units filled with files and samples. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy to attract attention. Most people who come here are regulars who have been buying from us for a few years. We spend the morning checking what came in and what needs to go out to the customers. It’s a lot of manual tracking. We don’t use any high-tech systems, just a notebook and some basic software on an old computer. The neighborhood is nice, and we know the people in the shops nearby quite well. Sometimes we’re out making deliveries ourselves, so the place might be locked for an hour or two. It’s just how we run things. We’re not a big company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us trying to keep things organized and making sure our customers get what they asked for. It gets a bit dusty with the road work nearby, but we keep the inside as clean as we can. It’s a steady, everyday kind of business where we just focus on the task at hand and then head home.
