Tripura Constructions

We are located at Plot No. 18 in Satyamma Gardens, right near Lanco Hills in Manikonda. Tripura Constructions isn't a massive corporate entity with thousands of employees. It's just a bunch of us working out of a small office in a growing part of Hyderabad. The area around us is always under construction, so it feels right that we’re here. You can hear the sounds of drilling and hammers from nearby sites most mornings. Our office usually has a few samples of tiles or bricks lying around on the floor. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure we have what we need for the next day. It’s not always easy, especially when the traffic in Manikonda gets bad and deliveries are stuck. We try to keep things grounded. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there, just the one that finishes the job. Sometimes we sit out front and have a quick break when the weather is nice. We’ve built up a decent rhythm over the years. Most of our days are spent checking on progress and making sure the guys on site are doing okay. It’s a practical way to live. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to make sure they are sturdy. It takes a lot of patience to get everything lined up.
