Transtroy India Ltd is based right in the middle of Guntur, specifically over on 8th Lane. It is a pretty well-known part of Andhra Pradesh. If you have spent any time in this city, you know how these lanes are laid out. Our office is tucked in there among other local buildings and shops. It is quite a lively neighborhood to work in. We have been operating from this 522 001 area for some time. There is always something happening on the street outside our door. We handle various project works from this office, but it is not some big corporate tower. It is more of a traditional workspace where the team sits together. The weather here in Guntur can get quite warm, so the fans are always spinning. We don't have any fancy mission statements or posters on the walls. Mostly it is just calendars and some charts to keep track of things. The staff here mostly speaks the local language and we get along well with the neighbors. People stop by sometimes just to say hello or ask a question. It is a very straightforward way of doing business. We find that being in the heart of the city helps us stay connected to what is going on. Parking can be a bit tight on 8th Lane if you come at the wrong time, but that is just how it is. We just focus on getting our daily work finished.
