Transrail Lighting Ltd. is based out of a ground floor unit at Harsini Nivas Apartment. It’s Flat G-1, so you don't have to worry about stairs or elevators when you come to see us. We are located in the Cherukuthota Colony area of Saroornagar, which is a fairly decent spot to work from. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of a commercial hub. We’ve set up our office to be practical for the kind of work we do with lighting projects. There are usually diagrams spread out on the main table and a few samples of parts lying around the corners. It’s a work-in-progress kind of place, never quite perfectly tidy but we know where everything is. The staff here is small and we mostly just focus on the logistics of the jobs we have going on. We often have people coming in and out for meetings or to pick up supplies. Since it's an apartment building, we try to keep things respectful for the neighbors living upstairs. It’s a regular office with regular people trying to do a decent job every day. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. There isn't any fancy decor, just some calendars on the wall and the usual stacks of boxes. It's where we spend our 9 to 5, and it works for us. We just keep plugging away at it.
