Trans Freight Marine Services

Trans Freight Marine Services is over in the Divyashakti Commercial Complex at Ammerpet. Specifically, we’re on the third floor, suite 1-305 at 7-1-58. It’s a big building and it’s easy to get turned around if you haven’t been here before. Our office is mostly full of desks, maps, and people on the phone. We deal with ships and cargo, so things are always moving somewhere else in the world. It’s a lot of tracking numbers and checking schedules. Sometimes the internet is slow or a ship is delayed by a storm, and then the phones don't stop ringing. We aren’t out on the water ourselves, but we spend all day thinking about it. The office has that typical commercial building feel—fluorescent lights and grey carpets. We keep a lot of files, though we’re trying to use the computers more. There’s always someone coming in with a delivery or a document to sign. We drink way too much coffee to stay alert. Ammerpet is a busy area, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick lunch, which is good because we usually eat at our desks. We aren't a huge corporation, just a group of people making sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s a lot of detail work and keeping our cool when things get messy.
