Totem Infrastructure Ltd is over in New Nallakunta at 2-2-647/A/77, Saibaba Nagar Colony. It is a local office where we manage our various infrastructure and construction jobs around Hyderabad. The space is pretty functional, mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of project files. We don’t have any receptionists in uniforms or glass-walled meeting rooms. It’s more of a place where people come to get things sorted before heading out to the actual work sites. We spend our time dealing with suppliers, checking on equipment, and making sure the schedules are being followed. It can be a lot of pressure when projects are in full swing, but we’ve been doing this long enough to stay calm when things get busy. The team here is a mix of older guys who know the trade inside out and some younger ones who are still learning the ropes. We don’t really do any promotional stuff; we just rely on our reputation and the fact that we’ve been around for a while. Usually, there’s some talk about the latest project or what’s happening on the news while we have our lunch. It’s a very normal, down-to-earth environment. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does a solid job and keeps its word. If you find yourself in Saibaba Nagar Colony, that’s where you’ll find us working away, usually surrounded by stacks of paper and blueprints.
