Career Builderz

Finding the office at Career Builderz is pretty easy if you know where the Abhinandan Bajaj showroom is in Tolichowki. We are right on the 4th floor, just above it. If you’re coming from the Heritage Fresh side, you’ll see us right across the street. The elevator works most days, which is a good thing since climbing those stairs would be a lot. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and files everywhere. We spend most of our time looking through resumes or talking to people looking for work. Tolichowki is always busy, so there is plenty of noise from the street below, but we’ve gotten used to it by now. People walk in all the time asking about job openings or how to fix their CVs. It gets a bit hectic around noon when everyone is on their lunch break. We aren't trying to be some high-end firm; we just help people get placed where they fit. Some days are slow, and some days we can’t even keep up with the calls. We’ve been in this building for a bit, and the staff knows the local tea shops well. If you come by, you’ll probably see us buried in paperwork or interviewing someone in the corner office. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to make things happen for folks looking to start their next job. Every day brings someone new with a different story looking for a better career path.
