We operate out of Angalakuduru in the Tenali area of Guntur district. Our office is over at 2-43, and it’s a typical local setup for this part of Andhra Pradesh. We are primarily focused on the supply and distribution of cement for the builders and farmers around the Tenali region. It’s a very green area with a lot of fields and canals, so we often deal with smaller construction projects like barns, walls, or house extensions alongside the bigger commercial stuff. The office is run by a small crew of locals, and we usually have a pot of tea going while we go through the day's orders and delivery schedules. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment at all. We know most of the people who call us by their first names because we’ve been working at this spot for so long. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in the narrow village roads, and we have to help the drivers figure out a different way to get to the site without getting bogged down. We keep our paperwork in order using traditional ledgers and a basic computer for the main entries. The heat in Guntur can be pretty intense during the summer, so we do our best to stay out of the sun during the peak afternoon hours. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking or fancy; we are just making sure that when someone needs cement for their project, we have the bags ready for them. It is a honest living and we enjoy being part of the community here.
