We’re located in the Challa Dental Wing of Challa Hospital, right there on Dharam Karan Road in Ameerpet. If you know Hyderabad, you know how busy this area gets. It’s always a bit of a scramble to find parking on the street, so we usually tell people to come a few minutes early. Being part of the hospital means it’s a bit more clinical than some of those standalone offices, but we try to keep it friendly. The hallway is usually full of people, and there’s that distinct smell of a hospital that you can never quite get rid of. We spend our hours looking at X-rays and working on patients’ smiles. It’s a lot of sitting and focused work. The equipment is reliable, though it’s seen a lot of use over the years. We’ve got a small break room in the back where we drink tea and try to catch a moment of peace before the next appointment. It’s not a fancy boutique place; it’s a working clinic where things are constantly moving. We have patients coming from all over Telangana, not just the local neighborhood. Some of them have been coming to us for years and we know their families pretty well. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just show up every day, put on our scrubs, and get to work. It’s a busy, sometimes loud, but very practical place to be for us and our patients.
