The Animal Care Clinic

We are located at No. 8-2-414 on Road No. 4 in the Banjara Hills area. It’s a very busy part of the city, but our clinic is tucked into the street right there. We work with all sorts of pets, though it's mostly dogs and cats coming through the door. The day usually starts with cleaning out the kennels and setting up the exam rooms for the morning appointments. Banjara Hills is a high-traffic spot, so we see a lot of people coming in and out all day long. The clinic itself has several rooms for treatment and a small area for people to sit and wait. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy dogs onto the table or trying to get a grumpy cat out of a box. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles or expensive decor. We just focus on the animals. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit chaotic when there are too many pets in there at once. We spend a lot of time talking to owners about things like food and heartworm medicine. It’s just a group of us who really like animals and wanted to work here. The walls are mostly bare, and the floor is all tile because it’s much easier to clean up messes. We have our routines, like checking the inventory on Tuesdays. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way. We don't use much complicated medical jargon if we can help it.
