Terra Viridis

Our place is located over in Padmarao Nagar, right behind the Gandhi Hospital back gate. If you see the IDBI Bank ATM, you’re basically there. We spend a lot of time here dealing with design and how buildings sit on the land. It’s a quiet enough corner of Hyderabad, though the hospital traffic picks up sometimes and makes parking a bit of a nightmare. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s just a workspace where we look at plans and figure out how to get things built. Sometimes we’re out on site and other times we’re just stuck at the computer for hours. We focus a lot on the practical side of things. It’s not just about how a place looks but how it actually stays cool or handles the rain. The weather here can be tough, so that’s always on our minds when we sketch things out. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage the work without too many meetings. You won’t find any shiny brochures here, just rolls of paper and some old coffee mugs. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit and like being near the hospital area. It feels like a real part of the city, not some glass-and-steel bubble. We take on different projects depending on what people need. Some are big, some are just small fixes for a neighbor. We just try to get the work finished without too much fuss or delay. It’s what we do.
