We’ve been running Tempus Projects here in Hyderabad for a bit now. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with project work. You know how it is in a city like this, things are always moving and there’s usually a lot of noise outside our windows. We spend most of our time looking at plans or talking to folks on the phone. It’s not always pretty, some days are just spent sorting through paperwork or dealing with stuff that didn't go right the first time. Our office is a decent spot, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done for the team. Most of us have lived in Hyderabad a long time, so we’re used to the pace and the heat. We don't really have a big fancy reception or anything like that. It’s more of a place where people just come in, do their work, and head home to their families. We try to keep things simple because adding more layers just makes everything slower. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is breathing down our necks, but that’s just how this industry works. It’s hard work, and we don’t pretend it’s anything else. We just focus on what’s in front of us and try to make sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. It’s just us, doing what we do every day.
