Telecom Solutions From Gentel

We are located at Plot No 105, Road No 10 in Banjarahills. Telecom Solutions From Gentel isn't some massive call center or a big tech company. It’s just our office where we deal with phone systems and connectivity stuff for people. Banjarahills is a nice area, but our office is pretty plain. We have wires and hardware sitting on the tables because we are always testing something or other. People come to us when their lines are down or when they need a new setup for their office. We don't use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it. We just try to fix the problem so they can get back to work. It’s a small team here. We mostly spend our time on the phone or out at client sites installing equipment. The office can get a bit quiet when everyone is out on a job. We've got some old manuals on the shelves and a lot of spare cables in the drawers. We started this because we knew how to handle the hardware side of things. It’s a steady job. We don't have a fancy lobby with a fountain or a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the desk. We try to be helpful and get things sorted as quickly as the service providers allow us. It’s just regular work in a busy part of the city. The walls are a bit bare, but we have some maps pinned up. We often have lunch at the small canteen downstairs.
