We operate out of units 105 and 106 in Sreerama Towers, located on the first floor. This is right in the heart of Kukatpally, so there is never a dull moment. The building is quite busy with all sorts of different businesses. We have two units knocked together to give us enough room for the lab equipment and the office desks. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the partitions we’ve put up. We’ve been in Kukatpally for quite a while now and we’ve seen the whole area change and grow around us. The lab itself is where most of the action happens, while the front office is where we handle the billing and the phone calls. We don't have any of that fancy modern decor. It’s mostly just white walls and functional lighting. The staff usually brings their own lunch and we eat together in the small break area. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't bother with corporate jargon or long meetings. If there is a problem, we just talk it out over a cup of coffee and fix it. The traffic in Kukatpally can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we often stay a bit late to let it clear out. It’s just how things go for us. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job with the testing and the paperwork. We keep things moving as best as we can.
