We are located over on Street Number 17 in Damal Guda. The plot number is 1-2-8/11/A, which sounds complicated but we’re just near Sadura Ayyas Hotel in the Gagan Mahal area. Technocrats Security Systems is the name on the door, though most of us just call it the office. We’ve been dealing with security setups for quite a while. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always something happening outside the window. Inside, it’s mostly shelves full of sensors, wires, and control panels. We don't have a fancy reception area. You just walk in and one of us will look up from whatever we’re wiring. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time testing equipment to make sure it actually does what it’s supposed to do before it leaves the building. The team is small, just a handful of technicians and one person handling the phones. We aren't big on marketing or social media; we just do our work and hope people are happy with it. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and we all get a bit grumpy, but the work gets done. If you need to find us, just look for the hotel and we’re right around the corner. We keep regular hours, but sometimes we’re out on site. If the shutter is halfway down, just knock, we're probably just finishing up some paperwork before we head home.
