Tcr Resorts And Real Estates Private Limited is located at Plot No.10C, on Road No.8 in Jubilee Hills. Being in Jubilee Hills sounds a bit more upscale than we actually are. We’re just a regular group of people working out of an office at 500096. Road No.8 is usually packed with cars, so finding a parking spot near our building can be a real headache most mornings. We deal with resorts and land sales, which means we spend half our time on the phone and the other half driving out to see different properties. The office itself is okay, we have some comfortable chairs for when people come in to discuss land deals, but the air conditioner is a bit moody and sometimes decides to stop working right when it’s hottest. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Whoever is closest to the door usually greets whoever walks in. It’s a very casual atmosphere here. We talk a lot about the local market and how prices keep going up every time we blink. Most of us have been in real estate for a long time, so we’ve seen the ups and downs of the local industry. We don't try to sugarcoat things when we are talking to people about land. If a piece of ground has issues, we just say it. It’s better to be honest than to have problems later on. We usually eat lunch together at the big table in the back room.
