Tanishka Sound

Tanishka Sound is located in Methar Basti over in the Kutbiguda area of Hyderabad. We are right opposite Surya Collections, which is usually a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. The shop is not very large, but it is filled to the ceiling with audio equipment and black cables. It can be a bit of a mess sometimes, especially when we are testing out new speakers or fixing a mixer that has seen better days. We do not really have a fancy front desk or a waiting area. People usually just walk in and find us working in the back. Hyderabad gets incredibly hot in the middle of the day, so we have a few old fans that make a lot of noise while they blow air around. It is a loud environment even when we are not playing music. We have been at this address for several years now. Most of the people around here know us by name. We do not have any big corporate goals or fancy speeches. We just like making sure the sound is clear for whatever job we are working on. It takes a lot of patience to untangle all those wires every morning. We drink a lot of chai from the stall down the street while we work. It is a simple business run by people who just want to do a solid day of work and then go home to their families.
