Talwar Pharma

Talwar Pharma is tucked away in Prasanti Ngr, which is over in the Kukatpally area. Our address is Plot Number 193. It’s a bit of a residential-turned-commercial spot, so it feels more local than the big tech parks. We have a small place here. It’s mostly storage and a little space for the staff to manage orders. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements out front. Most people who know us just know where to find us. We deal with pharmaceutical supplies, which means there are always boxes stacked up. Sometimes the hallway gets a bit narrow because of the inventory, but we manage. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy software. We use simple ledgers and basic computers to keep track of things. The morning starts with checking the stock and seeing what needs to go out to the local chemists. It’s a simple routine. We have a few delivery guys who are always coming and going on their bikes. The neighborhood is fairly busy, so there is always some noise from the street. We take our tea breaks together in the afternoon. It’s a chance to talk about things other than work for twenty minutes. We’ve been here in Kukatpally for a good stretch of time now. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our daily tasks and go home to our families. It's a quiet life, mostly, but there's enough to keep us on our toes.
