Tach Frames Animation Studio

Being up on the 12th floor in Kachiguda gives us a pretty good view of the area. We are near the Bharath Petrol Pump, which is how most people find us. Tach Frames is basically a bunch of us sitting in front of screens most of the day. We do animation work, which takes a lot more time than most people think. It's a lot of sitting and clicking. The office stays pretty quiet because everyone is usually wearing headphones. We have a few rows of computers and a small area to take breaks. Kachiguda is a crowded part of Hyderabad, so it’s nice being high up away from the street noise. Sometimes the elevators take forever, but that’s just life in a tall building. We started this studio because we liked making things move on screen. It’s hard work and sometimes the software crashes, which is frustrating. We just deal with it and restart. We aren’t some big fancy studio you see in movies. It’s just a practical space where we get the frames rendered. We eat a lot of snacks and drink a lot of coffee to keep going. Sometimes we stay late to finish a sequence. It’s just what the job requires. We keep things informal here; no one wears a suit or anything. Most of our friends don't really get what we do all day, but they like the final results. We just enjoy the process of building characters from scratch and seeing them come to life.
