We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you usually just walk in and find one of us sorting through the day's deliveries. Hyderabad can be a bit overwhelming with its traffic and noise, but inside the office, we try to keep things as orderly as possible. There’s always a ledger open and a phone ringing. We spend a lot of time coordinating the local routes through Mouali and the rest of the city. It’s a lot of legwork. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or the roads, but we just keep at it. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of rules. We just do the work, talk to the customers who walk through the door, and try to get the deliveries done on time. It’s a very ground-level kind of operation and that’s how we like it. Most of our staff lives nearby so we don't have far to travel in the mornings.
