Our lab, Synthokem Labs, is over at 1911 B-5 in the IDA Industrial Estate in Sanat Nagar. This area has been a hub for industry for a long time, and you can tell by the way the buildings look. We have been here for a good stretch of years. Inside, it looks like a typical working lab. There are beakers, test tubes, and a lot of specialized equipment for our chemical work. It is not a shiny, new facility, but we keep it clean and everything works as it should. The Sanat Nagar estate is a busy place, and there is always a truck or a tempo blocking the narrow roads. We spend our days doing tests and writing down the results in our logs. It is technical work that requires a lot of patience. We do not have any big marketing slogans or a fancy sales team. We just work with other industrial companies that need our specific expertise. Sometimes the chemicals have a strong smell, but we are used to it after all this time. We mostly wear our old lab coats and focus on the tasks at hand. It is a steady environment where we just try to get the science right. We have seen the city grow around this industrial estate, but our work has stayed pretty much the same over the years.
