Switchgear Industries

Working out of Plot No. 65 in Ida Gandhi Nagar Hyderabad keeps us right in the middle of things. Switchgear Industries is basically a big hall filled with copper wire, metal casings, and a lot of electrical components that most people wouldn't recognize. It gets really bright in here with the overhead lights reflecting off all the metal. We spend our days assembling parts and checking circuits. It's the kind of job where you have to pay attention or something won't fit right when it's time to close the box. The traffic around Gandhi Nagar can be a real headache, especially when we’re waiting for a delivery to show up at Plot 65. We aren't some massive corporation with a skyscraper. We’re just a bunch of people in an industrial plot trying to make sure these switches work like they’re supposed to. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the road, and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. The floor is concrete and hard on the feet, but we’re used to it by now. We don't use a lot of big words or have fancy titles. Everyone just does what needs doing to get the orders ready. It’s a practical sort of life. We’ve been here a while and we plan on staying. Just a regular business doing regular work every day.
