Swasti Clinic

Swasti Clinic is situated at Plot no 88 in Krishna Reddy Nagar, which is over in the New Bowenpally area. This part of town is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. The clinic is basically a small building that fits into the residential feel of the street. We do not have any big flashing lights or anything like that. Just a simple door and a place for people to sit. New Bowenpally can be a bit tricky to navigate if you are not used to the lanes, but Krishna Reddy Nagar is a well-known pocket. We get a lot of families coming in because there are so many houses around us. The walls inside are painted a plain off-white color and we have a water cooler in the corner that gets used a lot. It is not a silent place; you can hear the bikes and cars outside on the road. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background just to fill the air. Our records are kept in big cupboards behind the main desk. It is a very normal, everyday kind of clinic. Nothing is overly polished or fancy. We just open up, turn on the lights, and wait for the morning regulars. Some days are very busy and the benches get crowded, while other days are slow and we just tidy up the place. It works for us.
