Swara Speech & Hearing Clinic

We are over in Kukatpally at Swara Speech & Hearing Clinic, specifically LIG 49 in the 5th Phase. It’s near that big foot over bridge and not too far from the Sujana Forum Mall and the JNTU road. The traffic around here is constant, so we have some thick doors to keep the noise out. Dealing with speech and hearing means we need a bit of quiet. The clinic is basically a converted house, so it feels more like a home than a hospital. We have a little waiting area with some old magazines that I should probably replace one of these days. Most people come in because they’re tired of asking their grandkids to repeat themselves. We also see kids who are having a hard time with their words. It’s a slow process, and we don't promise any miracles. We just do the tests and help people figure out the best way to hear better or talk clearer. I usually spend my lunch break walking over towards the mall just to stretch my legs. The staff is just me and two others. We know most of our patients by their first names. It’s a busy part of Kukatpally, but we try to keep our little corner peaceful. We don't have any big corporate goals, we just want to help the people who live around here. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains, so we just do everything by hand.
