You can find Swan Vacuum Systems Ltd. at Flat-49/B in Phase-IV of the IDA in Jeedimetla. It’s right in the heart of the industrial development area here in Hyderabad. We’ve been working out of this spot for a good number of years now. The space is mostly filled with parts and equipment because that’s what we deal with every day. It’s not a shiny showroom. It’s a place where we actually build and fix things. Most of us here have grease on our hands by lunchtime. Jeedimetla is a busy place, and there’s always a bit of smoke and noise in the air, but that’s just the nature of IDA. We don't have any fancy titles in this office. Everyone just pitches in wherever they are needed. Sometimes we are busy with a big order and other times it’s just small repairs. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from other businesses in the area who know what we do. The building is a bit old, and the roof leaks a tiny bit when it rains really hard, but we’ve patched it up. We just keep our heads down and focus on the vacuum systems. It’s specialized work, but we’ve been doing it so long it feels like second nature now. We aren't trying to change things, just trying to do what is asked of us. That's about it really.
