Svr Constructions

Our office is located at Plot No-333 in Hmt Satavahana Colony, which is part of the KPHB area. It’s a busy part of the city and there is always something going on outside our door. Svr Constructions is basically just us working hard on various building projects around town. The office is usually a bit of a mess with site photos, samples of tiles, and stacks of bills. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or driving out to check on how the masonry or the plumbing is going. It is a tough business because there are always surprises once you start digging or breaking down walls. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just a few of us making sure the work gets done right and the workers are showing up on time. The colony has changed a lot since we first set up shop here. There are more shops and traffic now than there used to be. Sometimes we grab lunch at the local place around the corner when things get too hectic. We try to be honest about how long things will take because we know how frustrating delays can be. It’s a lot of sweat and dealing with the heat, but seeing a house finally finished is a good feeling. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the next project that comes our way. It is a lot of work but it keeps us going.
