We operate Svg Granites Ltd out of Flat 307 in the Ravi Krishana Residence. It’s right behind the Don Basco School in Mothi Nagar. Being in an apartment building for an office is a bit different, but it works for what we do here in Hyderabad. You have to go up to the third floor to find us. It’s a residential area mostly, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We deal with granite and stone, but the office is where we keep the records and handle the phone calls. The school nearby means it gets a bit hectic when the kids are getting out, but otherwise, it's a calm spot. We don't have a big storefront with stone samples everywhere. Most of that happens at the yards or sites. Here, it’s just the administrative side of things. The elevator in the building is a bit slow sometimes, so we often just take the stairs. It’s a modest setup. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big logos or fancy furniture. It’s just a desk, a couple of chairs, and a lot of files. Hyderabad is a big city and Mothi Nagar is a decent place to be based. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time and the neighbors don't mind us much. It’s a straightforward business and we keep it that way. We just manage the day-to-day work from this flat and stay focused on the tasks.
