L.Mantramurthy manages things here at our Madhapur location. We’re at 1-93/B, Plot 10 in Guttala Begumpet. Being in the Madhapur area of Hyderabad means we are right where a lot of the new development is happening. It’s a fast-paced environment. Our office is a bit small for all the work we do, but we make it work. There are always people coming in with delivery notes or asking about the next phase of a project. We have a lot of stuff piled up—mostly blueprints and technical manuals. It’s a bit lived-in, but that’s because we’re actually working. We don’t really care about having a perfect-looking office. We’d rather have our sites looking good. Svec Constructions Ltd is just a group of people who know how to get things built. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with the different crews. Sometimes things go wrong at a site, and we have to drop everything to go fix it. That’s just the nature of construction. We don’t make any big promises; we just show up and do what needs to be done. The traffic in Madhapur is always a challenge, so we spend a lot of time planning our routes to avoid the worst of it. We’re just a local outfit trying to keep up with the demand and doing our best to stay organized. It’s busy, it’s loud, but it’s what we do.
