Svec Constructions Limited

Svec Constructions Limited is located at Plot No.130, G4, in the Balaji Homes building. We are over in Srinivasa Nagar Colony, right off Hmt Road in Chintal. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, which is good for a construction business like ours. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. The office is pretty simple. We don't have any leather chairs or big reception desks. Usually, there’s just a few of us drinking coffee and looking over site plans. We do a lot of residential and local work around here. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit chaotic with all the different crews and supplies we have to manage. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing. We prefer to just talk to people directly and get things sorted out without too much fuss. Being in the 500054 area means we are close to a lot of our current projects, so we can go back and forth easily. Construction has its ups and downs, but we like the challenge of seeing something new go up. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized. If you come by Balaji Homes, you'll see we're just regular people trying to do a good job. It’s not a flashy life, but it’s what we know. We just focus on the building part of things.
