Svec Construction'S Itd

We’ve been working out of Plot No; 82 in Saket Colony for a while now. Most people around the ECIL and Kapra area know us as Svec Construction'S Itd. It's just a regular office in Phase-1 where we handle all the day-to-day building stuff. We have a small team here in Hyderabad. We don't really do the big fancy corporate talk, we just focus on getting the work done right. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and files everywhere, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We started out small and stayed here because it’s a good spot for us. People drop by sometimes to talk about their projects or just to check on how things are moving along. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone asks what we do, we just say we build things. There isn't some big secret to it, just showing up and doing the labor. Being in Hyderabad 500062 keeps us close to a lot of the sites we manage. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We just keep our heads down and handle the construction side of things. It’s a lot of phone calls and coordinating with the guys on the ground. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's mostly just us at the desk or out at a site.
