Our office is situated at 18-8-243/6 in Fathi Shah Nagar. That’s in the Sayeedabad area of Hyderabad. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of narrow streets and houses packed close together. We’ve been in this specific spot for a long time. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but it suits us fine. We have a few rooms where we keep all our construction plans and payroll records. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the shelves and cabinets we’ve added over the years. We aren't the type of company that spends a lot on a fancy lobby. We’d rather spend that on better tools for our workers. Most of the guys come by in the morning to get their assignments before heading out to the sites. It gets pretty loud and hectic around 8 AM. After that, it’s just a couple of us staying behind to handle the phones and the billing. We drink a lot of coffee here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it. We’re more focused on the projects we have going on across the city. It’s a practical, hardworking environment. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just show up and do the work day after day. It is how things get built in Hyderabad.
