Harsh Industries

We are over at Pl 49 in Balanagar, within the Svcie area. Harsh Industries has been sitting on this plot for a good number of years. It’s an older industrial patch, so the buildings have that worn-in look. Our shed is no different. It’s got some rust on the roof and the walls have seen better days, but the machines inside work just fine. That’s the important part. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing manager. Usually, the owner is right there on the floor with everyone else, getting his hands dirty. The street outside is often narrow and crowded with parked bikes and delivery vans. It can be a bit chaotic on Monday mornings. We have a handful of workers who have been here forever. We don't talk much about visions or strategies. We just talk about what needs to be finished by Friday. The lunch breaks are usually spent sitting on some crates outside in the shade. It’s a very basic way of doing things, but we prefer it that way. We don't need any complicated systems to tell us how to do our jobs. We just follow the orders and make sure the quality is okay before anything leaves the gate. It’s just a normal, local business trying to stay busy in Balanagar.
