Sushma Clinic

People around Birabanda might know us as that small place over at Site -3 in N.R.R. Puram. Sushma Clinic isn't some big fancy medical center with glass walls and uniforms. It is just a simple spot where we see people who live nearby. Most days it’s pretty quiet in the morning until the first few folks start showing up with their kids or for a quick check-up. We have been in this Birabanda location for a while now and the neighborhood has changed a lot, but our door stays the same. The waiting area is just a few chairs and some old magazines, nothing special. Sometimes the fan makes a little noise but it keeps the air moving. We don't have a giant staff, just a couple of us who know most of the people walking in by their first names. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized with the files and the phone ringing, but we manage. If the weather is bad, it gets a bit slow, but otherwise, there is usually someone sitting and waiting for a consultation. We just try to keep things straightforward and honest here. It’s not about being the biggest, just about being available when someone in the area needs a doctor. Most of our neighbors just walk over because it's easier than driving into the busier parts of the city. We have been part of Birabanda for years.
