We are Surya Realtors Llp. Our office is located at Plot No 11 in the Syndicate Bank Officers Colony. This is over in Hasmathpet, Old Bowenpally, near the Dubaigate area. We’ve been operating out of Secunderabad-Hyderabad 500009 for some time. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We deal with real estate and help people out with property stuff in the local vicinity. Most of our day is spent talking to people or heading out to look at different sites around Bowenpally. It can get quite hectic sometimes, especially when there are many inquiries coming in at once. We don't use any fancy systems, just the usual way of doing things. Surya Realtors Llp is just a group of us working together. The colony where we are based is mostly quiet, which is nice for getting paperwork done. We know the Dubaigate area quite well because we’ve been around it so much. Our work isn't about big promises, it’s just about managing the properties we have on our list. People usually come by the office when they are in the neighborhood. We handle the files and make sure things are moving along. It’s basic work. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just a desk, some chairs, and our local knowledge of the Secunderabad real estate business. We just keep the doors open and do the work that comes through.
